Bill of Quantities

CivilPro’s Bill of Quantities tool allows you to easily map cost codes to BoQ items.

As delivery crews log completed works, CivilPro automatically populates WIP Quantities and updates Day Costs – allowing complete visibility of project health and cost to complete.

Treatment Types

Each treatment type can be linked to multiple damage sites, reducing the number of items required on the BoQ.

Each damage site will be assigned a schedule quantity and unique ITP, and once completed, WIP Quantities will be updated to reflect claimable amount – with complete traceability back to damage site.

Lot Register

Each damage site is input as a Lot in CivilPro, and is mapped to relevant ITP’s and BoQ line items.

Lots are activated as crews progress, ITP’s are completed, then Payment Claims are populated automatically – and substantiated with approved QA.

Capture Specific Deliverables

Very specific deliverable and supporting information to be captured and provided as QA records to support the QRA funding.

For example, photos with the damage number, chainage and GPS coordinates are required primarily as a record to support the funding & payment.

Regional Councils Unique Approach

Every Regional Council has their own approach to delivering this program meaning the way damage is mapped, rectification works scoped and funding approved by QRA can vary to meet individual council needs.
