CivilPro New Features

Lot Reviews and Teambinder Integration

We have added two new features in CivilPro. At the moment, this is available on desktop only for preview by a small group of users but will eventually be made available to the wider group of users if they need them (please note that the Teambinder setup is based on request only).

Here is an overview of the two features and what purposes they will serve.

Lot Reviews

Lot reviews allow QA teams to manage the status of their lots through the construction, administration and audit phases. As each lot is developed, users can add a Lot Review to track its progress in the lifecycle.

Under this feature, the Lot review statuses are fully customizable, with built-in tools to allow you to set them up easily. Users who are familiar with lot reviews will have no problems setting up the lot review statuses, but if you need some help, we have prepared a HelpCenter article to guide you.  See Manage Lot Status Using Lot Reviews.

The Lot Review feature will enhance the collaboration capabilities, provide more tools for managing your lot reviews on a per lot basis, so that you can adapt your workflows based on each of your lot requirements.

Teambinder Integration

Teambinder is a Document Management System (DMS) used by some Client’s Representatives to collate the design management and completed construction documentation for a project. CivilPro is a construction management system for compiling the QA records that are submitted to a DMS like Teambinder on completion of works.

CivilPro has developed an integration that uses the Teambinder API to perform the controlled transfer of information, to reduce the manual administrative tasks associated with transferring documentation from one system to another.

The integration will allow users to interface CivilPro with Teambinder and supports a seamless transfer of QA documentation between the two systems.
