Proof of Concept

Prove it on a real job before you commit.

Most teams would rather run a platform on an actual project than argue about it in a meeting. The Proof of Concept is six months on one upcoming job, set up with you, at a lower outlay than an annual plan.

What is in it

The package – six months

  • Ten user seats, more than a small annual plan carries
  • 6 hours of our time included, to get setup right and fast
  • Your own private Azure database, hosted in Australia
  • Full Web and Desktop access, the same platform every customer runs
  • Inspectors, testing subcontractors and your Client still free on top

What we do with those hours

Not a support credit you have to ration. We do the back-end work so your site team does not have to learn configuration in order to start.

  • Roles, workflows and permissions configured to how you actually work
  • Your ITPs, drawings and Lot numbering loaded in
  • Contract Notice and notification templates built
  • Onboarding sessions, then check-ins to refine it as the job runs

How it runs

1

Pick the project

An upcoming job, ideally one starting soon and typical of the work you win. A job that is nearly finished proves nothing.

2

We set it up with you

Before your team touches it. Your ITPs, your Lot numbering, your approval routes, your templates.

3

Run it for real

Your Lots, your Hold Points, your Client approving in the system. Not a sandbox, and not our data.

4

Decide at six months

With a delivered job behind you and your own people to ask, rather than a demo and a hunch.

What happens at the end

If you continue

The annual subscription starts the day after the trial ends, at whatever seat count you nominate. No gap in access, no second procurement round, and the templates, history and users carry straight over.

The project you ran during the pilot keeps running. Nothing is rebuilt.

If you do not

Everything you have created is yours to take: reports, PDFs, CSVs, the conformance record for the work you delivered. We will walk you through the export rather than leave you to find it.

You should finish a pilot owning your records either way. That is the point of keeping them in a system.

Being straight about it

It is not a free trial

It is a paid, supported pilot, priced below an annual plan. Free trials of QA platforms tend to sit untouched, because nobody will put a real Lot into something nobody has configured.

It is not a cut-down version

Same platform, same modules, same private database. The difference is the term, the seat count and the setup time we carry.

It still takes work at your end

Someone in your business has to own the ITPs and the way approvals should route. We can do the configuration, but the decisions about how your QA should run are yours, and they are the part that makes it stick.

Who it suits

Teams who need evidence for a procurement round

A delivered project and a Lot Summary make a better internal case than a proposal does.

Contractors with one job that is a fair test

Enough Lots, enough Hold Points and a Client who will engage. That is all a fair test needs.

Businesses moving off spreadsheets

Where the question is not whether the software works, but whether your people will use it on a live job.

Put it on a real project

Tell us the job and roughly when it starts, and we will scope what the six months would cover.
